  1. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, or a related field preferred.
  2. Proven 3 years’ experience in customer service and data analytics leadership roles.

  4. excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills in Arabic, English is an advantage
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data analysis tools (SQL, Python, or similar).
  6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a focus on problem-solving and attention to detail.
  7. Knowledge of the cement or ready-mix industry is a plus.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.
  • Identify and qualify new sales leads and convert them into profitable customer relationships.
  • Generate quotes and proposals based on project specifications and customer needs.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right concrete mix for their project requirements.
  • Provide technical expertise and answer questions about concrete products and services.
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts with customers.
  • Oversee the sales process from initial contact to project completion, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Track sales performance metrics and develop strategies to achieve sales goals.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and build relationships.
  • May participate in job site visits to assess project needs and provide technical support.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and project details.
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, business, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, preferably within the cement concrete ready mix and construction materials industry.
  • Strong understanding of the ready-mix concrete industry and its products.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in Arabic and English is and added advantage
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives.
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies and standards.
  • Oversee daily customer service operations, ensuring efficient order processing, delivery scheduling, and customer issue resolution.
  • Monitor and analyze customer satisfaction metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Train and develop customer service team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Manage and lead a team of data analysts.
  • Develop and implement data analysis strategies to support business objectives.
  • Oversee data collection, cleaning, and analysis processes.
  • Create and maintain data dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage data for process improvement and optimization.
  • Develop and implement performance metrics for both customer service and data analytics teams.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
  • Create a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service and data analytics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, or a related field.

  • Proven 3 to 5 years’ experience in customer service and data analytics leadership roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Python, Excel, etc.).

  • Ability to lead and motivate teams.

  • Experience in the cement or ready-mix industry preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct code reviews and participate in technical design;
  • Analyze complex business problems, track down required information, document requirements, and develop technical solutions;
  • Establish and enforce quality, security, and compliance requirements;
  • Support business customers by providing insight into data warehouse structures Education and Knowledge;
  • Develop business applications using Oracle, PL/SQL, HTML and UNIX;
  • Lead and participate in highly complex projects with customers, managers, end-users and GDIT team;
  • Resolves complex hardware/software compatibility and interface design considerations;
  • Designs, develops, codes, tests, and debugs complex new software products, or makes significant enhancements to existing items;
  • Leads, analyses, designs, develops, and implements modules under limited supervision; performs additional duties as assigned;
  • Researches and integrates design strategies, product specifications, development schedules, and user expectations into product capabilities.
  • Oracle Database release 12.2;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related;
  • Knowledge of Agile Development Methodologies;
  • Experience creating Shell scripts;
  • Extract Transform & Load (ETL) Tools (P4 – Expert);
  • Experience with Oracle web services/Oracle EBS;
  • Autosys job setup;
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience with software development;
  • Knowledge in Oracle Financials, Oracle Project Accounting, Oracle SCM, and Ent Asset Management;
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience with ERP systems;
  • Pro C, Java, and/or Perl programming experience;
  • ability to understand complex issues and facilitate resolution;
  • ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment;
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
