- Ensure implementation of Quality & Food Safety Standards.
- Inspect incoming raw & packaging materials including storage conditions.
- Conduct Quality & Food Safety Audits at company restaurants / CK including sanitary requirements & process of food preparation as per company standards.
- Implementation of integrated pest management.
- Investigate customer complaints.
- Investigate supplier, operation and other nonconformity.
- Maintain Implementation of ISO 22000:2018 & ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Train staff against different quality & food safety standards.
- Monitors and provides assistance to ensure compliance with Quality & Food Safety standards.
- Performs all other duties that may be assigned to the position.
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree, preferably in Food science, food safety, biology, chemistry, public health, or another closely related science.
Experience:
- 4-5 years’ at least experience in Quality and Food Safety field.
- Should have valid driving license.
