- Principles and practices of HVAC equipment maintenance and repair as per industry standards.
- Safety practices and procedures for installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC equipment.
- Experience in using and managing tools effectively.
- Preparing and filling inspection/technical reports.
- Understanding of quality management practices as per company standards.
- Good command of English (speaking, writing, reading, and listening).
- Communication, interpersonal skills, teamwork, and customer focus.
- Basic knowledge in metal sheets, electrical, carpentry, and building automation controls.
- Follow standard processes to complete tasks efficiently.
- Attend and complete assigned tasks while ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
- Keep customers informed about tasks and updates.
- Fill out job completion certificates and safety surveys.
- Inspect air-conditioning units for efficient operation, diagnose malfunctions, and recommend repairs.
- Assist in repairing or replacing damaged parts.
- Clean coils, check motors, and ensure proper belt tension.
- Work closely with colleagues as part of a team.
- Recognize safety hazards and ensure appropriate safety measures are in place.

- التعرف على مخاطر السلامة واتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة لضمان العمل بأمان.
