Position: Project Manager
The Project Manager is responsible for monitoring AE’s projects assigned by the management team to ensure that each project is completed on time, within budget and scope, and that the desired results are achieved with the most efficient use of resources. The role ensures that the project’s objectives and the diverse interests of involved stakeholders are met while adhering to financial, technical, and contractual specifications agreed upon with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee project monitoring to ensure timely completion within budget and scope.
- Manage subcontractor performance and adherence to timely installation and erection within contract terms.
- Utilize best practice PMI methodology to create project plans that meet stakeholder needs and deliver desired outcomes within budget.
- Manage a portfolio of projects according to the standards and expectations of management.
- Define project scope and schedule based on sales and contract requirements, ensuring regular and timely delivery of value.
- Organize and lead project status and working meetings.
- Accountable for the project’s results and act as the driver that holds it all together.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Approved and recognized by the Kuwait Society of Engineers.
- 6+ years of experience as Project Manager, Site Engineer, Project Engineer, or Site Supervisor within the Construction, Fit-out, Oil, or Gas industry.
- At least 4 years of experience in similar roles related to the responsibilities outlined above.
- Relevant experience in Kitchen & Laundry or HVAC scope of works is a minimum requirement.
- Strong client and consultant relationship management skills.
- Based in Kuwait with eligibility to transfer visa.

المسؤوليات:
- الإشراف على مراقبة المشروع لضمان الانتهاء في الوقت المحدد وضمن الميزانية والنطاق.
- إدارة أداء المقاولين من الباطن والامتثال للتركيبات والتركيبات في الوقت المناسب وفقًا لشروط العقد.
- استخدام منهجية PMI لأفضل الممارسات لإنشاء خطط المشاريع التي تلبي احتياجات المساهمين وتحقق النتائج المطلوبة ضمن الميزانية.
- إدارة محفظة من المشاريع وفقًا للمعايير وتوقعات الإدارة.
- تعريف نطاق المشروع والجدول الزمني بناءً على متطلبات المبيعات والعقد، مع ضمان التسليم المنتظم وفي الوقت المناسب للقيمة.
- تنظيم وقيادة اجتماعات حالة المشروع والاجتماعات العملية.
- المسؤولية عن نتائج المشروع والعمل كداعم يجمع كل شيء معًا.
- الحد الأدنى من درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية.
- معتمد ومعترف به من قبل نقابة المهندسين الكويتية.
- 6 سنوات على الأقل من الخبرة كمدير مشروع، مهندس موقع، مهندس مشروع، أو مشرف موقع في صناعة البناء أو التجهيز أو النفط أو الغاز.
- 4 سنوات على الأقل من الخبرة في أدوار مماثلة تتعلق بالمسؤوليات المذكورة أعلاه.
- خبرة ذات صلة في مشاريع المطبخ والغسيل أو نطاق أعمال التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء هي الحد الأدنى.
- مهارات قوية في إدارة علاقات العملاء والاستشاريين.
- مقيم في الكويت مع إمكانية نقل التأشيرة.
