- · Coordinate day-to-day operations ensuring that packages are sorted, loaded, and dispatched on time.

- · Assist in resolving operational issues that impact customer satisfaction, including delays, lost packages, and delivery discrepancies.
- · Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
- · Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering
- · 2-3 years of experience in operations coordination, logistics, or a similar role, preferably in a courier or delivery environment.
- · Good planning, follow up and problem-solving skills
- · Good communication skills
- · Team player
- · Must have valid transferrable visa 18
- · Available to join immediately or on short notice
- Office location: Al-Rai
- Working hours: Saturday to Thursday, 8 hours per day.
