Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role located in Salmiya. As the Assistant Director of Human Resources at International German Co. for Managing of Laboratories and Specialized Medical Centers, you will be responsible for overseeing the human resources department and supporting the Director of Human Resources in various functions.
- Your day-to-day tasks will include managing employee relations, handling recruitment and onboarding processes, implementing HR policies and procedures, conducting training and development programs, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the human resources field
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR software
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred
