HR Specialist (Indian – Female)
• Payroll Management
• Recruitment & Selection
• Training & Development
• Employee Relations
• HR Administration
• Development JD and Policies and Procedures
• Employee Personnel Files Administration
• End to End HR Operations
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks
• Maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data integrity
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures
• Assist the team with planning and facilitating training sessions for employees and managers
• Operates with high standards of compliance, and high ethical standards
• Support HR head with employee relations issues by conducting investigations, mediating conflicts, and providing coaching and support to employees and managers.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (preferred)
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Hands on experience on HRIS / HR ERP Module
• Recruitment E-Portals
