- Hiring Executive Secretary (Bilingual)

- -Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Chairman, CEO/or other assigned leadership staff.
- -Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff.
- -Arranges travel and accommodations for executives.
- -Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes.
- -Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
- -Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping.
- -Communication and follow-up with our companies abroad to ensure proper communication and organizing continuous meetings between the Chairman/CEO in Kuwait and across internationally.
- -Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
- -Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
- -Conducts e-mail ballots of the Chairman/Management on important and urgent matters, records and informs all staffs/members and officials of the decision.
- -Miscellaneous tasks and responsibilities assigned by the Chairman/management.
- -Excellent Bilingual (Arabic and English) verbal and written communication skills.
- -Good computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- -Deal with confidential information and delicate situations.
- -Type upwards of 70 words per minute.
- -Time Management.
- -Multitasking.
- -Calendar, Travel and Meeting Management.
