About the Role:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement transportation strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage and coordinate the transportation team, including drivers and logistics personnel.
- Monitor transportation operations to ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Identify and resolve any transportation-related issues or delays.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of transportation activities with other business operations.
Preferred Candidate:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in transportation management.
- Strong knowledge of local transportation regulations and procedures.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Skills:
- Proficiency in transportation management software and systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

المرشح المفضل:

- معرفة قوية باللوائح والإجراءات المحلية للنقل.
- مهارات قيادة وتواصل ممتازة.
- القدرة على التعامل مع مهام متعددة وتحديد الأولويات بفعالية.
- قدرات قوية في حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارات.
المهارات:
- إتقان برامج وأنظمة إدارة النقل.
- مهارات تنظيم وإدارة الوقت ممتازة.
- قدرات تحليلية وحل مشكلات قوية.
- معرفة بإدارة وصيانة الأسطول.
