Job Duties and Responsibilities:
As an
ESG Area Resource Specialist, you will work under general supervision and be responsible for coordinating and tracking the movement of equipment, materials, and personnel within a designated
Natural Work Area (NWA). Your role will involve direct collaboration with field personnel to ensure the appropriate allocation of resources to meet service delivery needs. Key duties include: maintaining and updating the scheduling board to track equipment and personnel utilization, assisting with the creation of sales orders and troubleshooting SAP order-to-cash issues, ensuring timely reconciliation of Sales Orders, coordinating travel arrangements for crews while ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) guidelines, promoting safety awareness and environmental consciousness in accordance with HSE procedures, and actively participating in the quality improvement processes within the department.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent education.
- Experience: 2 years of industry experience, preferably within a Product Service Line (PSL) or field operations.
- Skills: Knowledge of SAP or ERP systems is a plus. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with field personnel and other departments. Awareness of HSE practices and a commitment to safety and environmental stewardship.

المؤهلات والمتطلبات:
- التعليم: شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها.
- الخبرة: سنتين من الخبرة في الصناعة، ويفضل أن تكون في مجال خط خدمة المنتج (PSL) أو العمليات الميدانية.
- المهارات: معرفة بنظام SAP أو أنظمة ERP تعتبر ميزة إضافية. مهارات تنظيمية قوية وقدرة على إدارة الوقت. مهارات تواصل ممتازة والقدرة على العمل بفعالية مع الموظفين الميدانيين والأقسام الأخرى. وعي بممارسات HSE والالتزام بالسلامة والحفاظ على البيئة.
