Position Summary:

The Medical Representative is responsible for promoting Julphar’s products and services to healthcare professionals, KOLs, and key stakeholders within an assigned territory. This role requires developing and managing relationships with customers, retailers, and other stakeholders to meet or exceed sales targets. The Medical Representative also acts as an ambassador of the company, representing Julphar’s core values and ensuring the company’s positive image. Responsibilities include identifying new customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and ensuring the proper implementation of Julphar’s CRM strategy.

• Meet or exceed sales targets within agreed budgets and timelines.
• Manage and develop the assigned sales territory, including customers, retailers, and key stakeholders.
• Implement the company’s sales and marketing plan in the assigned territory.
• Submit daily, monthly, and CRM reports in line with the company’s reporting system.
• Conduct customer-centric activities and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Julphar’s products and services.
• Ensure proper use of promotional tools and free medical samples.
• Regularly attend company meetings and contribute to strategic discussions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Science is mandatory.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration is a plus.
• 2-4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution channels, government accounts, and pricing methods.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand market trends and forecast product demand.
