- Provide advice, assistance, and training to all AIM personnel regarding records management, transfer, retrieval, and conversion to electronic files (e-files).
- Reviews, coordinates, and distributes AIM’s official publications.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for timekeeping functions and Defense Travel System (DTS).
- Coordinates conference rooms, performs mail distribution functions, and performs other administrative functions as required.
- Assist with performing Information Assurance Security Officer (IASO) duties and similar functions; this includes requesting access to various computer systems/programs for directorate personnel, ensuring users have appropriate clearances and need-to-know, and reporting any attempts to gain unauthorized access or suspected system defects to the Information Assurance Manager (IAM) immediately. Performs classified container (Safe) administrative custodian duties; coordinates preparation for all security program inspections or reviews.

- Minimum of four years of experience performing, monitoring, and coordinating support services functions such as, communications, correspondence, directives, files and records, forms, graphics, physical security, and reports.

- Advanced knowledge of computer e-files and records maintenance, transfer, retrieval, and conversion to electronic files (e-files) sufficient to train other employees.

- Correlates threat data from various sources to establish the identity and modus operandi of hackers active in client’s networks and posing a potential threat. Provides the customer with assessments and reports facilitating situational awareness and understanding of current cyber threats and adversaries.
- Develops cyber threat profiles based on geographic region, country, group, or individual actors.
- Produces cyber threat assessments based on entity threat analysis.
- May provide computer forensic and intrusion support to high technology investigations in the form of computer evidence seizure, computer forensic analysis, data recovery, and network assessments.

- Apply Project Management best practices for the coordination and execution of all requirements, ensuring all administrative, operational, IT, engineering, and logistics tasks are completed in a timely manner with quality results and within budget.
- Establish and manage work priorities and schedules to ensure adequate coverage across the program to facilitate successful performance of all PWS required tasks.
- Monitor and control the day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), Department of the Army regulations, and applicable FAR clauses, as required.
- Lead teams and support customer operations in austere, OCONUS, and military environments overseeing day to day operations and providing required reporting and deliverables.
- Supervises professional and technical support personnel performing in their regular disciplines and clearly communicate program expectations to team members and partners.
- Oversee the health, welfare, and safety of all employees and ensure all direct reporting personnel receives proper training, care, and access to the tools, equipment, and materials necessary to complete project and task requirements.
- Prepare and provide accurate and timely reporting and deliverables to key leaders and stakeholders (both orally and written) including briefings, status reports, plans, lists and project trackers.
- Analyze project-related operations for continuous improvement as well as issues, problems, or concerns and coordinate with stakeholders to create innovative solutions to improve operations and/or overall customer support and satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Knowledge of Army/Military operations preferably in an OCONUS environment.
- A bachelor’s degree (Master’s Preferred) in management or PWS related field (e.g. IT, Engineering, Logistics)
- Develops technical solutions to complex problems which require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity.
- Ability to deploy and work in an austere, OCONUS environment.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Experience supporting the 160 th Signal Brigade or 335 th Signal Command highly desired.

Required Skills And Experience
- Minimum of 8 years experience working in support of a Joint, U.S. Army, or component level headquarters. Graduates of either the School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS) or Joint Informational Operational Planners Course (JIPOC) are preferred; however not mandatory in support of specific tasks.
- Planners at minimum should be graduates of military Intermediate Level Education (MEL4) program, the Support Operations Course (Phase 2), and have logistics experience in deployment/combat in a support operations position. Possess a functional understanding of the Joint Operation Planning Process (JOPP).
- Broad knowledge of the Ar my sustainment enterprise at the Department of the Army and how it relates to other procuring headquarters, USTRANSCOM, and other ASCC headquarters is required to ensure strategic lines of communication are nested with current capabilities to enlist support across a wide array of sustainment organizations.
- Must possess a Top Secret (TS)/Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (SCI) security clearance and should have recent experience working at the one star or higher level command.

- Prepare Independent Cost Estimates (ICEs) in support of Contractor Operation Requirements, Engineering Support Services, Base Operations Support Services, Supply Support Services, Facility Maintenance Support Services, Equipment Maintenance Support Services and Transportation Support Services using the following estimating methods: Analogy (Top Down), Parametric (Statistical), Engineering (Bottom Up) and Actual Costs (Extrapolation).
- Develop cost estimating relationships, an equation used to estimate a given cost element using an established relationship with one or more independent variables.
- Prepare monthly cost performance reviews and evaluation briefs for Government approval.
