- Provide advice, assistance, and training to all AIM personnel regarding records management, transfer, retrieval, and conversion to electronic files (e-files).
- Reviews, coordinates, and distributes AIM’s official publications.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for timekeeping functions and Defense Travel System (DTS).
- Coordinates conference rooms, performs mail distribution functions, and performs other administrative functions as required.
- Assist with performing Information Assurance Security Officer (IASO) duties and similar functions; this includes requesting access to various computer systems/programs for directorate personnel, ensuring users have appropriate clearances and need-to-know, and reporting any attempts to gain unauthorized access or suspected system defects to the Information Assurance Manager (IAM) immediately. Performs classified container (Safe) administrative custodian duties; coordinates preparation for all security program inspections or reviews.
- Assists hand receipt holders in maintaining accountability of nonexpendable property.
- Prepares and coordinates requests for issue and turn-in.
- Processes procurement needs for program office, and supplies, equipment, and services through installation/local supply store.
- Requests and coordinates telephone/local area network (LAN) line trouble tickets and work orders.
- Requests and coordinates facility trouble tickets and work orders.
- Coordinates, moves and/or reconfigurations based on direction.
- Receive, sort, review, and deliver mail and distribution materials for the office personnel.
- Assist with maintaining key accountability or facility access rosters.
- Record and prepare meeting notes and action items.
- Providing assistance with preparation of briefings (to include SES) level) and special studies.
- Maintain office leave and TDY calendar, personnel roster, and accountability rosters.
- Assist with the management and inventory of classified material containers, assisting with receipt, inventory, accountability, and destruction of classified items, and maintaining and safeguarding the Secret Internet Protocol Router
- Minimum of four years of experience performing, monitoring, and coordinating support services functions such as, communications, correspondence, directives, files and records, forms, graphics, physical security, and reports.
- Minimum two years of experience performing, monitoring, and coordinating support services functions within the DoD.
- Advanced knowledge of computer e-files and records maintenance, transfer, retrieval, and conversion to electronic files (e-files) sufficient to train other employees.
- Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet) Room in accordance with Army Regulation (AR) 380-5. Basic knowledge of DTS, hand receipt system
- Skill in writing sufficiently to compose and prepare responses for the Government’s approval/signature

- Expert in: maintaining/troubleshooting Motorola and other LMR equipment (communications consoles; repeaters; SRX-2200, XTS-5000 and other various hand held radios; trunked and non-trunked LMR systems; key loaders, antennas, multi-couplers, duplexers; test equipment, such as service monitors/communication system analyzers, oscilloscopes, multimeters, frequency counters, power meters, spectrum analyzer; digital recording equipment; over the air keying equipment (key management facility); and site controllers
- Qualified to install LMR base stations, repeaters, and mobile radios
- Must have LMR shop operations and management experience in a large-scale LMR shop and be familiar with equipment tracking databases

- Minimum of seven (7) years of experience planning, organizing, coordinating, and managing logistics and acquisition activities, and a minimum of five (5) years of experience with pre-award procurement activities such as: analyzing requirements, recommending revisions to performance work statements or specifications, procurement planning, and tracking and monitoring procurement activities to ensure compliance with DoD policy, administrative procedures, regulations and statutes.
- Correlates threat data from various sources to establish the identity and modus operandi of hackers active in client’s networks and posing a potential threat. Provides the customer with assessments and reports facilitating situational awareness and understanding of current cyber threats and adversaries.
- Develops cyber threat profiles based on geographic region, country, group, or individual actors.
- Produces cyber threat assessments based on entity threat analysis.
- May provide computer forensic and intrusion support to high technology investigations in the form of computer evidence seizure, computer forensic analysis, data recovery, and network assessments.
- Researches and maintains proficiency in tools, techniques, countermeasures, and trends in computer network vulnerabilities, data hiding and network security and encryption.

Required Skills And Experience
- Minimum of 8 years experience working in support of a Joint, U.S. Army, or component level headquarters. Graduates of either the School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS) or Joint Informational Operational Planners Course (JIPOC) are preferred; however not mandatory in support of specific tasks.
- Planners at minimum should be graduates of military Intermediate Level Education (MEL4) program, the Support Operations Course (Phase 2), and have logistics experience in deployment/combat in a support operations position. Possess a functional understanding of the Joint Operation Planning Process (JOPP).
- Broad knowledge of the Ar my sustainment enterprise at the Department of the Army and how it relates to other procuring headquarters, USTRANSCOM, and other ASCC headquarters is required to ensure strategic lines of communication are nested with current capabilities to enlist support across a wide array of sustainment organizations.
- Must possess a Top Secret (TS)/Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (SCI) security clearance and should have recent experience working at the one star or higher level command.

- Provide funding forecast analysis using qualitative, time series analysis, casual relationships and simulation forecasting methods.
- Perform cost variance analysis using either quantitative or analytical techniques to reflect any significant variance between the projected costs to the estimated/negotiated budget plan.
- Prepare statistical data of costs and quantity with detailed narrative explanations concerning each category of costs.
- Perform analysis of costs related to level of effort performed on service contracts.
- Perform lease verse purchase analysis.
- Prepare Independent Cost Estimates (ICEs) in support of Contractor Operation Requirements, Engineering Support Services, Base Operations Support Services, Supply Support Services, Facility Maintenance Support Services, Equipment Maintenance Support Services and Transportation Support Services using the following estimating methods: Analogy (Top Down), Parametric (Statistical), Engineering (Bottom Up) and Actual Costs (Extrapolation).
- Develop cost estimating relationships, an equation used to estimate a given cost element using an established relationship with one or more independent variables.
- Prepare monthly cost performance reviews and evaluation briefs for Government approval.
- Perform a variety of special non-recurring projects and studies for assigned program areas that involve problem definition, data gathering, coordination, analyses, evaluation, compilation, and preparation of final reports and documentation.
