Job Title: Prepress Head (Flexible Packaging)

Job Summary:
The Prepress Head will oversee all prepress activities in the flexible packaging industry, ensuring the smooth conversion of artwork into print files for plate-making or cylinder-making processes. This role requires effective management of relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery, cost-effectiveness, and high-quality output. The ideal candidate will lead and mentor a team of prepress professionals, ensuring optimal performance, adherence to deadlines, and cost control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations related to the receipt of art graphics from the Sales and Marketing team or directly from customers.
- Analyze, optimize, and convert artwork into print-ready files for the plate-making or cylinder-making processes.
- Select and manage relationships with vendors for plate/cylinder production, ensuring the right balance of quality, on-time delivery, and cost-effectiveness.
- Lead and develop the prepress team to carry out jobs efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality and timeliness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and the smooth execution of all prepress tasks.
- Ensure that all prepress work aligns with production schedules and quality expectations.
Required Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of the flexible packaging industry, specifically in prepress operations.
- Proven experience in leading prepress functions within the flexible packaging or graphics art industries.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and maintain quality standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with internal teams and external vendors.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree in any specialization, preferably in Graphic Designing or a related field (B.Tech/B.E. in Graphic Designing or related disciplines preferred).
- 8 to 10 years of experience in leading prepress functions in the flexible packaging industry or a graphics art organization.
- Strong technical skills in prepress processes and a thorough understanding of printing technologies.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- الإشراف على العمليات اليومية المتعلقة باستلام الرسومات الفنية من فريق المبيعات والتسويق أو مباشرة من العملاء.
- تحليل وتحسين وتحويل الرسومات الفنية إلى ملفات جاهزة للطباعة لعمليات صنع الألواح أو الأسطوانات.
- اختيار وإدارة العلاقات مع الموردين لإنتاج الألواح/الأسطوانات، مع ضمان تحقيق التوازن الصحيح بين الجودة والتسليم في الوقت المحدد والجدوى الاقتصادية.
- قيادة وتطوير فريق ما قبل الطباعة لتنفيذ الأعمال بكفاءة، مع الحفاظ على معايير عالية للجودة والالتزام بالمواعيد.
- التعاون مع الفرق الداخلية لضمان رضا العملاء وتنفيذ جميع المهام المتعلقة بما قبل الطباعة بسلاسة.
- ضمان توافق جميع الأعمال المتعلقة بما قبل الطباعة مع جداول الإنتاج وتوقعات الجودة.
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
- معرفة قوية بصناعة التعبئة المرنة، وخاصة في عمليات ما قبل الطباعة.
- خبرة مثبتة في قيادة وظائف ما قبل الطباعة ضمن صناعة التعبئة المرنة أو فنون الرسوم.
- القدرة على إدارة مشاريع متعددة، والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية الضيقة، والحفاظ على معايير الجودة.
- مهارات تواصل وتفاعل ممتازة للتنسيق الفعال مع الفرق الداخلية والموردين الخارجيين.
المؤهلات والخبرة:
- درجة بكاليوس في أي تخصص، ويفضل أن تكون في التصميم الجرافيكي أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل بكاليوس هندسة في التصميم الجرافيكي أو تخصصات ذات صلة).
- من 8 إلى 10 سنوات من الخبرة في قيادة وظائف ما قبل الطباعة في صناعة التعبئة المرنة أو منظمة فنون الرسوم.
- مهارات تقنية قوية في عمليات ما قبل الطباعة وفهم شامل لتقنيات الطباعة.
