- As a purchase coordinator you will oversee the purchase of goods, considering price, quality, and delivery and to ensure continuity of supply.
- You will have to keenly monitor market trends, competitor strategies and market suppliers.
- Also you will ensure a professional & consistent approach to all supplier relationships.
- 1. Assisting in sourcing and selecting suppliers based on quality, price and delivery speed.
- 2. Monitoring inventories levels and manage stock replenishment to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
- 3. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
- 4. Maintains complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system.
- 5. Processing purchase orders accurately according to company policies and procedures
- 6. Support Finance department in maintain records and complete administrative tasks such as filling, data entry and document management.
- · Bachelor’s Degree
- · 1-2 experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles
- · In depth knowledge of purchasing strategies
- · Proficiency in using procurement software, ERP systems ( preferably Odoo )and Microsoft Excel.
- · Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements in procurement is a plus.
- · Bilingual Candidates (Preferably Arabs with Fluent English)
- · Visa 18 Transferable ( no VIP or small projects)
- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: From KD350 per month
- Education: Bachelor’s (Required)
- Experience: Purchasing: 1 year (Preferred)
