  • At least 2-5 years experience in a Customer Onboarding or Customer Success role supporting a B2B SaaS product
  • Focused, action-oriented, and always anticipating next steps: a natural project manager
  • High attention to detail and can design an organized, effective onboarding plan and schedule for clients

  • Customer obsessed and have significant experience building customer relationships

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Customer Success, Account Management or related roles, preferably within the HR or Payroll Industry. Experience working with Enterprise accounts is a strong advantage 
  • Must have working knowledge of Global Payroll and be comfortable with payroll processes, regulations and compliance requirements across multiple countries 
  • A reliable, motivated self-starter with a passionate growth mentality. You enjoy fast-paced environments, aren’t deterred by setbacks or pivots, and thrive in roles requiring a very high degree of responsibility
  • Have a solid track record of achievement – e.g. had success in a top-tier company, delivered quantifiable business impact, quickly assumed responsibilities or won competitive awards
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving customer issues.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and operations, to drive customer success initiatives
  • Familiarity with HRIS, Payroll Software and other relevant tools is preferred
  • Additional language skills are a plus 
  • Guide our customers through the change management process of implementing our Global Payroll Product. Partnering with our onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition and successful implementation across the clients organisation 
  • Conduct comprehensive product training sessions for customers to ensure full utilization of the Global Payroll platform 
  • Monitor key performance metrics and milestones across your book of business, identifying key areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive success
  • Provide expert guidance and support to customers on payroll compliance matters, ensuring adherence to local regulatory requirements and best practices 
  • Collaborate with our Product & Operational teams on enhancements and improvements by leveraging customer feedback
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to global payroll and customer success, and share knowledge with the team to drive continuous improvement
  • Partner with HR, talent acquisition, and business leaders to develop and implement workforce planning strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Drive system design, implementation and enhancement of workforce management strategies, programs, and tools.
  • Collaborate with organizational design owners and finance business controls to develop forecasts, budgets, and staffing models that support business objectives.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to drive informed decision-making related to workforce planning, staffing, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track workforce effectiveness and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of talent acquisition systems, HRIS, and other relevant People and business systems.
  • Assist in the delivery and administration of compensation programs, ensuring alignment with market trends and internal equity considerations.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in workforce management, sharing knowledge and insights with relevant stakeholders.
  • 5+ years of experience in workforce management, workforce planning, or related roles, preferably in a technology company or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in workforce management tools and systems; experience with HRIS, ATS, and BI tools is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
  • Proven ability to work in a global, remote work environment. 
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Drive Deel’s growth through inbound and outbound prospecting efforts, generating sales leads that will turn into opportunities and closed business.
  • Learn from our well-seasoned sales team and help build out our world-class Sales Playbook and Tech Stack.
  • Educate and develop leads through inbound or outbound prospecting via phone calls, emails, events, webinars, and assorted campaigns.
  • Identify and develop an in-depth understanding of each lead generation process, supporting marketing activities, prospect touch-points, and the handoff to an Account Executive.
  • Generate email sequences, and make cold calls to map and penetrate accounts.
  • Conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are set.
  • Native/fluent in English + Italian

  • You have a way with words and can write email copy and sequence campaigns that convert
