- Developing design concepts and presenting them to clients.
- Preparing detailed drawings for construction and design documents.
- Creating 3D models and renderings of proposed designs

- Conducting site visits and inspections
- Good communication skill (English & Arabic).

- Preparing and submitting tenders, proposals, expressions of interests & capability statements (end to end).
- Assisting project manager’s teams with the coordination of resources, equipment, meetings, and information.
- Editing and proof reading of tender submissions and proposals.
- Tracking of all tender related correspondence before, during and after submission.
- Assisting in the development, implementation and monitoring of tender procedures and practices.
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- 1. Efficiently prepare and manage tender documents.
- 2. Craft comprehensive technical and financial proposals.
- 3. Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
- 4. Collaborate closely with teams to streamline processes and ensure timely submissions.
- 1. Bilingual proficiency in English and another specified language.
- 2. Prior experience in project coordination or managerial assistance is advantageous.
- 3. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- 4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- 5. Familiarity with Microsoft Office software tools.
- – 2+ years in design and 2+ site supervision.
- – Membership in the Kuwait Society of Engineers.
- – Familiarity with Baladiya rules in Kuwait.
