- The role of sales function is to make our products available at 100% of the outlets, 100% of the time with strong visibility and clear
price . This will be done through progressive and collaborative relationship with our clients. - Volume: Achieve weekly/monthly targets by category at the targeted price
- Collection: Always collect due amounts on time
- Distribution: Achieve monthly distribution targets to improve the mix
- Route: Adhere 100% to journey plan, and achieve daily productivity targets
- Visibility: Improve share of shelf and implement POSM
- Join yearly contract negotiations and prepare all data needed prior the meeting
- Prepare Joint Business Plan, and make sure it is implemented across the country once agreed
- Lead on promotional deals and leaflet advertisement
- Analyze trends constantly to develop added value categories’ future growth
- Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities in its routines that promotes compliance with the indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring the connection between its actions and sustainable development in the BRF chain.
