Role Description:
- Hiring Internal Auditor with relevant experience of 3 plus years. The candidate should have expertise in understanding ‘As is Process’, Gap Assessment, development of policies & procedures with adequate risk control
- -Responsible for Design / Implementation / Improvement of manual, IT supported and IT driven processes and controls across all verticals within the Group entities.
- -Examine and analyze accounting systems including ERP and other IT systems, financial records, financial statements, and other available information to identify and mitigate relevant risks.
- -Prepare Internal Audit Reports and present the same to the department head and function heads along with recommendation and implementation status of previous recommendation on a quarterly basis.
- -Identify and recommend ways to optimize costs and improve revenues and profitability.
- -Ensure adherence to existing company policies and procedures and suggest improvements in the existing policies and procedures in line with best practices and industry benchmarks.
- -Ensure compliance with local applicable laws. Review contracts, evaluate quotations and support function heads in ensuring adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- -Support department head in strategic decision making based on risks identified, compliance requirements, contract evaluations and market research.
- -Excellent written & verbal communication in English & Arabic language, initiative, and coordination skills with great attention to detail.

- The Account Manager main purpose is to create & maintain long-term, trusting relationships with celebrities and to handle the boutique effectively. In addition, the candidate will liaise with cross-functional internal teams including purchasing, marketing to fulfil the needs of the entire customer experience, as well as to act as the point of contact for all business related and requirements of the celebrity.
- Act as the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with celebrities.
- Follow the departmental target for dealing with celebrities monthly.
- Makes sure celebrities receives requested products and services on time.
- Manage account(s) within celebrities’ relationships, working to carry out celebrities’ goals while meeting company goals.
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to celebrities in a timely manner.
- To be aware of the marketing objectives, strategies in collaborating with the branding and communication division to engage celebrities.
- Develops and maintains long-term relationships with celebrities.
- Check the Marketing calendar and write the names of the celebrities that will focus on the campaign while making sure invitations to the celebrities are sent on time.
- Organize the items in celebrity’s boutiques and inform them that the item is live on BTQ and share all the details that would help them for advertising the item.
- Follow the celebrities private label items that are out of stock and make sure that these items are ordered from the Purchasing department.
- Support in tracking exclusive items and looking for new and trendy items that would help increasing sales of the celebrity.
- Coordinate new and running projects with all concerned departments (starting for the idea itself until the project is received in our warehouse).
- Coordinate with Art team to add banners in celebrities’ boutiques for (new items – coming soon – categories to focus on – brands etc…).
- Assist in meetings celebrities by the end of each month to discuss the sales report and update them on items that they must focus on.
- Assisting in reports requested from team leader.
- Distribute company daily campaign to the celebrity.
- To be able to learn and work on Boutiqaat multi systems (ERP, Magento, etc.)
- Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to Celebrity concerns and needs.
- Follow team leader’s guidelines to achieve company’s target set by management.
- Follow celebrities on all social media platforms and ensure the items posted are sorted and available in the celebrity’s boutique by sending screenshots of the available items to the celebrity.
- Follow up on celebrity’s dead stock items and encourage the celebrity to repush the item by offering for example (Bundles, Discounts, free gifts. etc.) after the direct manager’s approval.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration or equivalent certificate degree.
- 1 to 4 years of work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account, Manager, or relevant role.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts at one time while paying attention to details.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Professional experience in Retail/Sales field.
- Proficiency in MS office.
- Bilingual- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
