• University Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related fields.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in Sales Support and Operations.
• Previous Telecommunication industry and ISP experience is a plus.
• Strong proven People Management skills.
• Excellent computer software skills
• Proficiency & previous experience in CRM systems.
• Excellent Communications and Organization skills. 
• Team Builder with proven Coaching experience.
• Excellent Problem Solving and Analytical skills.
• Result Driven with a focus on continuous improvement 
• Excellent command of English.
