To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university electrical/mechanical or petroleum
- Have at least 5 years of experience in ESP Design
- Have ESP optimization and troubleshooting experience
- Have strong oral and written communication skills.
- Have excellent leadership, strong interpersonal, influencing and planning skills.
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in a major engineering discipline
- Have 8 – 10 years of experience in the oilfield industry
- Have a demonstrated experience in field engineering, technical support, and/or technical sales roles
- Be proficient in Liner Hanger applications
- Have a demonstrated experience working directly with customer to scope/plan jobs
- Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or Diploma for a certified college.
- Have at least 9 years’ experience in wellhead and Xmas tree installation & 9 years of experience in Offshore Services providing innovative, adaptive technical solutions and support to customers in Oil & Gas industry
- Have minimum of 5 years of experience in Oil and Gas Industry
- Have the ability to inspect equipment prior to it going offshore & Work closely with workshop teams to meet loadout deadlines
- Have the ability to understand Technical drawings & Use of company e-tools to retrieve technical documents when required
- Have experience in Installing and maintaining Surface Wellheads and X/Tree’s (Offshore): HPHT (High Pressure High Temperature); Metal to Metal, Quick Lock Connectors
- Have experience in Replacing Valve Seats & Gates (On location) , Carry out Wellhead Upgrades as per engineering Project Related Procedures (PRPs) / Field Service Manual (FSM) Able to fault diagnose
- Have experience to perform field repair of valve actuator(s)
- Have experience to Use Hydraulic tools – pumps , running tools , bolting tools etc
- Have ability to work effectively with minimum supervision Train & lead New hires & self Competency focused

- Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering or mathematics.

- Have 5 years of experience with Surface Wellhead and Christmas Tree product, with deep knowledge with API 6A and API 16A standard.
- Have experience with 3D models and 2D machine detail drawings using CAD software.
- Have thorough understanding of P/L and technical job planning requirements.
- Have the ability to travel (potential for travel to rig sites, customer facilities, meetings, training, etc.).
