Full job description

• Store Operations Specialist(Job Number: STO004287)

Description

• Organize and improve stockrooms processes ensuring appropriate display of items, efficiency of storage as well as proper implementation of health and safety standards.
• Manage and organize the shipment receiving process ensuring the readiness of the shops and items to improve customer experience.
• Ensure availability of products always by replenishing the stocks on regular basis.
• Assist the Shop Manager in managing the stock budget and ensuring their deliverables in a timely manner including store sales, store productivity, as well as stock loss and operative margin.
• Assist the Shop Manager in controlling shops inventory, determining stocking levels and monitors supply, as well as, material disbursements to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Supervise, develop, and motivate the stockroom team by making sure they understand the importance of stockroom processes and safety.
• Assist the Shop Manager in supervising and controlling stockrooms distribution of manpower hours by controlling the stock-keepers schedule against shipment deliveries and sales of the store.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3 to 4 years of experience in retail industry
• Proficiency in MS Office and Shop/ Stock Management tools
• Fluency in English

وصف

• تنظيم وتحسين عمليات المخازن لضمان العرض المناسب للعناصر وكفاءة التخزين بالإضافة إلى التنفيذ السليم لمعايير الصحة والسلامة.
• إدارة وتنظيم عملية استلام الشحنات والتأكد من جاهزية المتاجر والعناصر لتحسين تجربة العملاء.
• ضمان توفر المنتجات دائمًا عن طريق تجديد المخزونات بشكل منتظم.
• مساعدة مدير المتجر في إدارة ميزانية المخزون وضمان تسليم المنتجات في الوقت المناسب بما في ذلك مبيعات المتجر وإنتاجية المتجر بالإضافة إلى خسارة المخزون والهامش التشغيلي.
• مساعدة مدير المتجر في التحكم في مخزون المتجر وتحديد مستويات التخزين ومراقبة العرض، بالإضافة إلى صرف المواد لضمان دقة المخزون.
• الإشراف على فريق المخازن وتطويره وتحفيزه من خلال التأكد من فهمهم لأهمية عمليات المخازن والسلامة.
• مساعدة مدير المتجر في الإشراف والتحكم في توزيع ساعات العمل في المخازن من خلال التحكم في جدول حراس المخزون مقابل تسليم الشحنات ومبيعات المتجر.

المؤهلات

• درجة البكالوريوس
• 3 إلى 4 سنوات من الخبرة في مجال تجارة التجزئة
• الكفاءة في استخدام برامج MS Office وأدوات إدارة المتاجر والمخزون
• إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية
