Customer Success Manager, Enterprise (German Speaking)

About the Job

Atlassian is looking for a German-speaking Enterprise Customer Success Manager (CSM) to help customers maximize the value of their Atlassian investments. In this role, you’ll foster deep relationships

with customers, guiding them through best practices and supporting product adoption, expansion, and long-term growth.

As an Enterprise CSM, you’ll help customers navigate their journey with Atlassian, resolving complex challenges and enhancing their Atlassian solutions. You’ll engage with diverse customer profiles, including executives and global teams, to support successful adoption and product expansion. This remote role requires CEST Time Zone hours and reports to the Regional Head of Customer Success.

Responsibilities

• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with C-level executives, global teams, and other key stakeholders, ensuring customers receive maximum value from Atlassian solutions.
• Leverage SaaS and enterprise customer experience to drive measurable outcomes and success.
• Collaborate on Customer Success Plans, including strategic sessions, regular check-ins, and QBRs.
• Oversee post-sales activities by building relationships, showcasing product expertise, and ensuring execution.
• Guide early and sustained product adoption through regular customer engagement.
• Identify risks and mitigate churn in collaboration with the account team.
• Act as the Voice of the Customer to share insights with internal teams on customer needs and improvement areas.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Customer Success or account management, handling Enterprise clients with a complex SaaS product portfolio.
• Proven experience as a trusted advisor, guiding customers to achieve key outcomes.
• Skilled in developing Success Plans to align customer goals and metrics.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and related user workflows; ability to discuss configuration options.
• Background in customer-centric service across product, sales, support, and marketing.
• Proficiency with tools such as Gainsight (or similar CRM), Salesforce, and Tableau.
