- The RoleReporting to the Professional Services Director, the role will be primarily responsible for delivering onsite technical support related to Aspen Geolog. You will use your technical skills to proactively ensure that the users are supported and are constantly improving their workflows with AspenTech SSE technology and advise them on how to improve project efficiency. One of the responsibilities will be to systematically look for business opportunities within the customer account, asset, or business unit you are supporting that could grow AspenTech Software presence, constantly trying and achieving to expand our footprint, and communicating, reporting to the different business-related teams of our company (Sales, Solution Consulting and Customer Support & Training).Your Impact
- On-site Geolog Support
- Ensure 100% compliance with KOC-SOP for service quality, including timely software updates as per the agreed terms with KOC. Promptly resolve all KOC tickets within the stipulated time frame. Additionally, conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions within KOC.
- Conduct Geolog Familiarization Sessions
- Organize group or one-on-one sessions for KOC Geolog users to familiarize them with the upgraded application’s new capabilities, provide an overview of the new modules and enhancements, and actively promote user adoption of the latest version.
- Expand the Geolog user base within KOC
- Establish a Heat Map spreadsheet for the KOC Geolog user community, diligently monitor license usage, and actively promote user engagement with add-on licenses.
- Offer support and assistance in multiple key projects at KOC
- Provide assistance to users in KOC for executing advanced & strategic projects that necessitate the use of specific Geolog modules
- Submission of the Monthly On-site Geolog Support Activity Report
- Generate a comprehensive on-site Geolog support report encompassing the monthly ticket history, along with concise summaries of the solutions provided to users for high-priority or key tickets.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering or Geoscience.
- Strong knowledge of formation evaluation software, (Geolog experience is preferred).
- Good knowledge of petrophysical applications.
- Good knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems,
- 5+ years related experience.
- Excellent in communication in English Language.
