  • Drive e-commerce capabilities and e-retail growth in the designated market, collaborating with the Head of Sales/Sales Leadership to set objectives and targets.
  • Develop and execute the e-commerce market strategy, aligning it with the European e-commerce strategy and market sales strategy.
  • Establish strong relationships and secure e-commerce commercial agreements with customers, aligned with overarching customer agreements and ensure plan delivery through customer teams.
  • Establish and reinforce ways of working with e-commerce in the designated market, including processes across commercial and the wider business.
  • Lead market e-commerce projects, ensuring relevant investments and implementation across the business.
  • Monitor e-commerce trends and initiate market initiatives to capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Support e-commerce delivery against short, medium, and long-term cross-functional goals, ensuring buy-in and alignment across all functions, including supply chain and logistics.
  • Align with Zone/Global functions and contribute to the effective launch of initiatives according to plan and targets.
  • Support the delivery of key e-commerce priorities and requirements for channel-ready production/logistics, using inputs from retail and industry sources.
  • Drive internal engagement and alignment with future production/logistics requirements at the market/global level, including alignment with Calcium objectives and the Supply Chain strategy.
  • Your track record reflects solid experience within Kuwait in terms ecommerce within an FMCG environment. 
  • You have strong business acumen and exceptional drive, and you are willing to go the extra mile to deliver results. 
  • You are adept at developing strategic relationships with customers, translating into growth-driving JBPs. 
  • Your strong analytical abilities enable you to interpret and commercialize category and shopper insights, and you are able to demonstrate delivery of initiatives that have resulted in brand and/or category growth. 
  • You must have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, with the skills to collaborate and lead within a matrix team.
  •  Among colleagues you are characterized as a great communicator, decision-maker with personal impact and a good deal of resilience, and excellent planning and organizing skills

  • Possess and apply detailed category and product knowledge as well as thorough knowledge of the client’s business.
  • Responsible for the direct sales process, aiming to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Manage unit reconciliation and financial budget.
  • Lead sales expansion, introducing new products/services to clients and organizing visits to current and potential clients.
  • Develop and implement short and long-range sales plans and strategies to reach designated targets.
  • Retain long-term customer relationships with established clients.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service is provided to clients.
  • Secure new product/category/brand launches in your assigned universe.
  • Address and collaborate with clients on e-commerce efforts utilizing Arla’s e-commerce capabilities.
  • Provide necessary information to sales representatives regarding clients’ additional service needs.
  • Coach and set clear development plans for your sales team.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background.
  • 4-7 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Extensive experience and background in COOP channel.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Ability to challenge processes and practices, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
