  • POSITION: MEDIA AND PUBLICATION OFFICER
  • SALARY RANGE (KWD1000-KWD1100)
  • The role is responsible for assisting the senior to develop and implement strategic PR plans aligned with divisional objectives, proposing procedural changes for key areas like translations and media relations.
  •  Additionally, providing support in achieving balanced scorecard objectives and in coordinating various PR functions to enhance company visibility and reputation.
  •  Propose procedural changes to the team senior based on the requirements for key areas such as Translations, corporate Website, Publications, Media, Design, Videography/Photography, Social Media Account.
  •  Work with team senior on preparing and updating information status for KPC and Subsidiaries when required and with preparing reports and presentations.
  •  Support team senior to Develop and update Publications& Media Relations Manual, processes, and procedures for the Company.

  •  Support senior to ensure effective and prompt updates of the Corporate Website to reflect current and prospective corporate activities, or such request received from the department head or executive management.
  •  Assist senior in creating company corporate publications such as Annual Report, Brochures, Newsletters…etc., regularly and obtain approvals if required. Assist senior in gathering information from all counter parts well in advance for timely release of all company publications.
  •  Assist in the execution of all Broadcast and Media Campaigns and related services such as preparing, coordinating press conferences, press briefs, press reports, press interviews and press archiving, acquiring and updating local and international journalists list.
  •  Assist senior to organize company’s Social Media Accounts and ensure its renewals promptly.
  •  Academic Background: bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Mass Communications and Advertisement, Media, Digital Media, or same discipline.
  •  Related Work Experience (Type and Years): up to 6 years of experience preferably in similar functions.
  •  Language Skills: English/ Arabic
