- Responsible for providing high quality cosmetic services to the clients to their satisfaction, mainly the skin and hair.
- Facial care treatment
- Hair treatment.
- Laser hair removal.
- Different types of chemical peelings to treat acne, scars, pigmentations etc.
- Provide guidelines to clients on how to take care of their skin, and to continue to other combination of procedures.
- Follow up with the clients for some of the procedures to complete homecare with them.
- Cross-sell therapies and beauty products, when relevant.
- Make sure that the working area is clean, and equipment is always sterilized.
- Keep track of levels of stock and their expiry dates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform dental hygiene services and procedures, including dental prophylaxis, scaling, fluoride and sealants, and root planning.
- Complete a thorough assessment of the patient’s teeth, bone, and periodontal tissues, and document any abnormalities or suspected conditions.
- Cleans calcareous deposits, accretions, and stains from teeth and beneath margins of gums using dental instruments.
- Examines gums using probes to locate periodontal recessed gums and signs of gum disease. Feels lymph nodes under patients chin to detect swelling or tenderness that could indicate the presence of oral diseases.
- Applies fluorides or other cavity-preventing agents to arrest dental decay.
- Exposes and develops x-ray film.
- Records and reviews patient medical histories. Charts conditions of decay and disease for diagnosis and treatment by dentist.
- Maintains dental equipment and sharpens and sterilizes dental instruments.
- Maintains dental supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
- Aid the dentist with procedures and emergencies as needed
- Provide all care in conjunction with accepted professional dental practices and standards
- Provides clinical services or health education to improve and maintain the oral health of patients or the general public.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputed University preferably in the related fields. Masters as an advantage.
- At least 4 years of experience in the related field.
- Practicing license from the home country / MOH License.
- Proficient and thorough understanding in assisted reproductive technology or related reproductive laboratory sciences and services.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Active listening, speaking, critical thinking, time management, writing, management of personnel, and judgment and decision making skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Study the therapy needs of the admitted patient prepared by the medical personnel and discuss nature of ailment with patients making detailed notes and seeking any additional information before treatment.
- Assesses patient’s physical and mental related disabilities condition and determines course of treatment.
- Plan and implement programs of physiotherapy including therapeutic exercise, manipulations, massage, education, the use of electro-therapeutic and other mechanical equipment and hydrotherapy.
- Administers physiotherapy treatment to patients in the wards or by calling them to the physiotherapy section as may be possible according to the mobility of the patient.
- Participates in the recovery process of patients on ventilators in the ICU/CCU. Assists the anesthetists in bagging procedure to educate a paralyzed patient to breath independently again.
- Conducts specialized clinic (pediatric – orthopedics) in the department along with orthopedic surgeon.
- Conducts group therapy programs for patients of specific conditions in order to motivate and facilitate recovery.
- Issues various forms of body supports and splints to patients and advises in their correct use and care after obtaining Section Head approval.
- Documents patient’s assessments, treatment plan, discharge summary and follow up plan for inpatients as well as outpatients.
- Provides post-natal exercise and care in the obstetrics and Gynaecology ward.
- Participates in home visit services by assessing the condition of patients seen during the visits and plans the physiotherapy treatment strategy to patient and decides whether to warrant home treatment programs or transfer to the hospital.
- Performs and organizes the daily computer functions of check-in and out-patients, walk-in patients order, reviews history of visit, checks lab and x-ray results through-out the Health Information System.
- Safely transporting company staff as well as various products and materials to and from specified locations in a timely manner.
- Assisting with the loading and offloading of luggage, products, and materials.
- Adjusting travel routes to avoid traffic congestion or road construction.
- Promptly informing the company of any fines issued against the company vehicle during working hours.
- Ensuring that the company vehicle is always parked in areas that permit parking in order to avoid towing.
- Keeping the company vehicle clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning and vehicle maintenance.
- Providing accurate time records of the company vehicle’s schedule.
- Reporting any accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to management.
- Other responsibilities as per the department and manager instructions.
Job Requirements
- Diploma preferably in related health sciences field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and Lab database technology.
- Knowledge of general laboratory operations and/or procedures.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology, particularly lab terminology.
- Ability to be flexible and function under stressful situations.
- Ability to adapt easily and work independently.
- Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.

- Review insurance policy provisions, coverage limits, and exclusions to determine if coverage exists for specific claims.
- Conduct investigations to determine the validity of claims.
- Review insurance claims, identifying errors, and making recommendations for changes.
- Performs a variety of clerical duties involved in greeting and directing patients, providing information, attending telephone inquiries.
- Records appropriate patient data on their assigned area.
- Files and maintain appropriate documents (e.g. patient files, logbooks, registers, etc.) as agreed in the departmental policy.
- Arrange follow-up and/or admission as required; and provides documentation.
- Liaise with other units of the hospital for the timely and accurate performance of duties and functions.
- Provide routine information and enquiry service.
- To assemble and process records as per the established procedures.
- Collects and compile relevant statistics.
- Maintains confidentiality of patient information and prevent disclosure to unauthorized persons.
- Works on rotating shifts/areas as required; and may collect cash as necessary.

- Initiates and participated in emergency resuscitative measures according to protocol.
- Maintains current competency in medical surgical nursing.

- Observes Standard Precautions as per CDC, OSHA and Kuwait MOH guidelines.
