- .Perform daily purchasing activities and ensuring the fulfillment of functions and responsibilities.
- Work closely with the Factory Manager to determine demand, supply deadlines, set stock levels, and implement reorder policies to ensure adequate stock for production plans.
- Assist in determining sources, obtaining quotations from key suppliers, and participating in the selection of suppliers.
- Collaborate on managing and negotiating prices, contracts, and timelines to improve efficiencies and reduce costs across the business.
- Manage procurement activities for local and assist with imported raw materials, equipment, and any necessary items.
- Constantly evaluate the availability of alternate suppliers, collect documentation to assess the suitability of raw materials, equipment, and services.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to prepare documents related to purchase requests and purchase order processing in adherence to ISO standards.
- Monitor and control raw materials, work in progress, finished goods, and consumables to optimize inventory levels.
- Assist in building, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with all related suppliers.
- Constantly evaluate the availability of alternate suppliers, collect documentation to assess the suitability of raw materials, equipment, and services.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to prepare documents related to purchase requests and purchase order processing in adherence to ISO standards.

- Provide support in the proper maintenance of the Odoo ERP system related to inventory and purchasing.
- Collaborate with the Management regarding upcoming projects, new products, and requirements to ensure timely procurement planning.
- Assist in building, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with all related suppliers.
- In-depth knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation abilities to secure favorable terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable and cost-effective supply chain.
- High skills in managing inventory, logistics, and procurement strategies to ensure efficient and timely supply of goods or services.
- Must have driving license and car.
