Job Overview:

• We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Perfume Production Manager to lead our production team in Kuwait. 
• The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire perfume production process, ensuring high-quality standards, and meeting production targets.

• 1. Production Management: Oversee daily operations of the perfume production line to ensure efficiency and quality.
• 2. Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure products meet company standards.
• 3. Inventory Management: Manage raw materials and finished product inventories to optimize production and minimize waste.
• 4. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of production staff, providing training and development opportunities.
• 5. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• 6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• 7. Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, marketing, and sales teams to align production with market demands.
• 8. Reporting: Prepare and present regular production reports to senior management.

• 1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry preferred , Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in perfume or cosmetic production management.
• 3. Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• 4. Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of perfume production processes, quality control standards, and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Attributes:

• 1. Experience working in the Middle East or similar markets.
• 2. Proficiency in ERP and production management software.
• 3. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
