- To create, erect, cut, install and repair various types of structures including floors, walls, buildings, fences, walkways and sidewalks based on given specifications with great hand skill, an eye on details and aware of health and safety standards.
Job Responsibilities
- To take measurements and calculate size and amount of material needed.
- Inspect damages and conduct repairs and maintenance.
- Mix grout and spread it onto a slab or foundation.
- Lay bricks, blocks, stones or concrete sidewalks according to plans.
- Ensure that a structure is perfectly vertical and horizontal, using a plumb bob and level.
- Clean and polish surfaces with hand or power tools.
- Lay out patterns or foundations using a straightedge.
- Break or cut bricks, stones, or blocks to their appropriate size.
- Clean excess mortar with trowels and other hand tools.
- Fill expansion joints with the appropriate caulking materials.
- Repairs, maintains and alters buildings, retaining walls and other brick or stone edifices.
- Patches and/or replaces brick or stonework chimneys.
- Installs and repairs tile floors and/or walls.
- Plasters ceilings and/or walls.
- Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Good command in both Arabic and English
- Good understanding of basic math
- Education High School / Diploma
- Performing routine diagnostic check on automated systems.
- Isolate problems and perform repairs.
- Complete in-home consultation and assessment.
- Architecting tailored Smart Home solutions that best meet the customers’ needs.
- Rely on problem-solving acumen to analyze customer issues and recommend solutions.
- Rely on sales abilities and product knowledge for solutions that are best for customer.
- Activating and upgrading systems with enhanced technology.
- Perform activation of equipment.

Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for AV and Automation system project Installation, Programming and Commissioning
- Responsible for providing L1 Support
- Coordinate with Alghanim Support team for resolving the issues
- Coordinate with customer IT team on support related issues
- Asses capacity and availability of solution as and when required
- Coordinate with Alghanim support team for implementing change requests
- Read and interpret A/V systems drawings and specifications.
- Design and development of custom graphical user interface (GUI) on control system touch panels.
- Produce new program modules and interfaces.
- Develop systems integration programs for Crestron, Extron, AMX, QSC, and Biamp systems.
- Familiarity with DSP design and configuration, such as Bosch, Biamp and QSC
- Responsible for always maintaining professional attitude and delivering excellent customer service.
- Coordinate the creation and integration of A/V control system programs.
- Install control programs and touch panel projects onsite and offsite.
- Troubleshoot and debug AV systems remotely. Preferably using CLI commands
- Complete training programs from manufacturers, industry associations, and company as required.
- Responsible for organizing, maintaining, and archiving all job-related code, graphic touch panel layouts and programs.
- Other duties as required or assigned by management.
- Communication and written skills are a must, since you will be interacting with clients for GUI design, System Functionality, Troubleshooting assistance, etc.
