- Welcome customers and guide them to the lounge area.
- Pre-qualify customers by collecting their data (name, mobile, email address, vehicle of interest) and register it in reports.
- Direct customers to the appropriate sales consultant based on rotation order.
- Maintain the showroom checklist, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of the showroom, lounges, car displays, specification stands, catalogs, and merchandise items.
- Follow up on missed appointments, reschedule, and reassign them to the appropriate sales consultant.
- Fill out and share daily showroom reports.
- Must be fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Self-motivated, dedicated, and capable of handling demanding customers.
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Pleasant personality with a professional demeanor.
- Presentable and able to work on computers (Word, Excel, Internet, etc.).
- College graduate or high school diploma with a good command of English.
- Team player and punctual.
- Willing to work two shifts or a straight shift based on business needs.
- High school diploma or college degree.

- استقبال العملاء وتوجيههم إلى منطقة الاستراحة.
- تأهيل العملاء مسبقاً من خلال جمع بياناتهم (الاسم، رقم الهاتف، عنوان البريد الإلكتروني، نوع السيارة المهتم بها) وتسجيلها في التقارير.
- توجيه العملاء إلى المستشار المناسب وفقاً لترتيب الدور.
- الحفاظ على قائمة التحقق من المعرض، وضمان نظافة وترتيب المعرض، مناطق الاستراحة، عروض السيارات، لوحات المواصفات، الكتيبات، والسلع المعروضة.
- متابعة المواعيد التي لم يتم حضورها، وإعادة جدولتها وتوجيهها إلى المستشار المناسب.
- إعداد ومشاركة التقارير اليومية للمعرض.
- يجب أن يكون طليقًا في العربية والإنجليزية (محادثة وكتابة).
- متحفز ذاتيًا، ومكرس، وقادر على التعامل مع العملاء المتطلبين.
- التركيز القوي على رضا العملاء.
- شخصية لطيفة واحترافية.
- مظهر أنيق وقادر على استخدام الحاسوب (Word، Excel، الإنترنت، إلخ).
- خريج كلية أو دبلوم ثانوي مع إتقان جيد للإنجليزية.
- روح الفريق والدقة في المواعيد.
- الرغبة في العمل على فترتين أو فترة واحدة وفقًا لاحتياجات العمل.
- دبلوم ثانوي أو درجة جامعية.
