Senior Supervisor, Vehicle Sales Toyota
Job Summary/Purpose:
- Supervise the sales staff in order to achieve the set targets, optimize vehicle sales and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Operational:
- 1.Share and assign targets to sales staff, review performance, prepare sales report and submit it to Senior/Manager, Vehicle Sales with recommendations.
- 2.Check cash and credit invoices, delivery notes, Traffic Department documentation submit it to the Senior/Manager, Vehicle Sales for approval and send copies to Finance Department.
- 3.Negotiate prices, offer discounts and close deal, in line with budget expectations.
- 4.Conduct inventory of stationary, electrical and office equipments and ensure supplies.
- 5.Propose Vehicle Order recommendation in order to meet customer’s requirements.
- 6.Check all vehicle reservation with sales staff on a daily basis.
- 7.Follow up with Delivery Center for delivery of the vehicles in time.
- 8.Arrange replacements in the car as per customer request; send Vehicle Prepare Order for the showroom.
- 9.Attend to and follow up on customer queries on sale and maintenance of vehicles.
- 10.Attend to and resolve escalated customer complaints and meeting customers’ requests in accordance with Company policies.
- 11.Comply with all company and departmental policies and procedures relating to the purchase, registration, insurance, and payment of vehicles by customers.
- 12.Ensure safety of showroom as per TMC standards and local Kuwait regulations.
People Management:
- 1.Assign duties and examine work for accuracy, neatness, and compliance to policies and procedures.
- 2.Check employee attendance and report absence and attendance exceptions, prepare annual leave plan for employees and overtime sheets on SAP HCM for management approval.
- 3.Explain and advise staff on Group policy and quality standards and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.

- 1. مشاركة الأهداف وتعيينها لموظفي المبيعات ومراجعة الأداء وإعداد تقرير المبيعات وتقديمه إلى كبير/مدير مبيعات المركبات مع التوصيات.
- 2. التحقق من الفواتير النقدية والائتمانية ومذكرات التسليم ووثائق إدارة المرور وتقديمها إلى كبير/مدير مبيعات المركبات للموافقة عليها وإرسال نسخ إلى الإدارة المالية.
- 3. التفاوض على الأسعار وتقديم الخصومات وإبرام الصفقات بما يتماشى مع توقعات الميزانية.
- 4. إجراء جرد للمعدات المكتبية والقرطاسية والكهربائية والتأكد من الإمدادات.
- 5. اقتراح توصية طلب المركبة من أجل تلبية متطلبات العملاء.
- 6. التحقق من جميع حجوزات المركبات مع موظفي المبيعات بشكل يومي.
- 7. المتابعة مع مركز التسليم لتسليم المركبات في الوقت المناسب.
- 8. ترتيب البدائل في السيارة حسب طلب العميل. أرسل طلب تجهيز السيارة للمعرض.
- 9. حضور ومتابعة استفسارات العملاء بشأن بيع وصيانة المركبات.
- 10. حضور وحل شكاوى العملاء المتصاعدة وتلبية طلبات العملاء وفقًا لسياسات الشركة.
- 11.الامتثال لجميع سياسات وإجراءات الشركة والإدارات المتعلقة بشراء المركبات وتسجيلها وتأمينها ودفع ثمنها من قبل العملاء.
- 12. ضمان سلامة صالة العرض وفقًا لمعايير TMC واللوائح المحلية في الكويت.
إدارة الأفراد:
- 1. تعيين الواجبات وفحص العمل للتأكد من دقته ونظافته والامتثال للسياسات والإجراءات.
