- Job Title Invoicing Supervisor
- Reporting to Operations Support
- Subordinates Minimum Education
- Diploma / Degree
- Age Requirement 25 -40 years old
- Years of Experience Minimum 3 years of experience
- Certifications / Licenses
- Work on WSMS system and complete all ticketing tasks in timely manner.
- Mange client data and job reports and upload them to KOC system.
- Preparation and submittal of Client Invoices.
- Work closely with operations team to ensure the Client invoicing is in line with the contract to ensure accuracy of billing.
- Update the unbilled and debt report and actively chase outstanding debt and proactively work with Projects team to resolve unbilled position if such occasion should arise.
- Assist, where required in collating and uploading timesheets.
- Qualified candidates should possess the following skills and competencies:
- Must be proficient in the English language
- Must have Intermediate Computer Skills and Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Must possess initiative, dependability,resourcefulness.
- Must be willing to work in a team
- Must have the ability to learn
- Must have previous experience of client invoicing
- Must have Oil and Gas experience.
