Administrative Support: ·
  •  Provide administrative support to the Project Manager and project team.
  • · Handle correspondence, manage emails, and maintain filing systems.

Meeting Coordination:

  • · Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
  • · Organize travel arrangements and accommodations for project staff.

Document Management:

  • · Prepare, organize, and store project documents and reports.
  • · Assist in the preparation of presentation materials and reports.

Communication Liaison:

  • · Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • · Manage phone calls and relay messages accurately and promptly.

Data Entry and Management:

  • · Perform data entry tasks and maintain databases with up-to-date project information.
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
  • Must be fluent in English.
  • 5 years of experience as a secretary or administrative assistant, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Commitment to ethical management, avoiding “cover-your-ass” tactics, and promoting transparency and accountability.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting and bookkeeping principles.

Nice to have:

  • Multilingual abilities, especially proficiency in Arabic
  • Experience with project management software.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry and its terminology.
  • A monthly salary 
  • Visa for non-Kuwaitis. 
  • 30 days of vacation.
