- Develop and maintain backend services using the .Net Framework.

Accountabilities
- Prepare and process import and export documentation in compliance with customs regulations, laws, or procedures.
- Review all shipping agency documents and correspondences before port arrival to ensure all approvals are in place.
- Calculate customs duties based on shipping quantity, collect the duty amounts from the finance department, and deposit them into the shipping agency accounts.
- Prepare all related forms, obtain approval, and secure stamps from the respective departments.
- Review and ensure the correct products are procured as per demand and coordinate the transportation of goods to company stores with the procurement executive.
- Secure line releases for frequent shippers of low-risk commodities, high-volume entries, or multiple container loads.
- Keep records or copies of all shipments as required.
- Notify the concerned manager about import and export restrictions, tax systems, insurance requirements, quotas, or other customs-related matters to prevent penalty fees or job delays.

The responsibilities of the Sales Supervisor include but are not limited to:
- Monitor sales executives daily KPI’s and ensure they are up to the expectations
- Ensure implementation of NSSW Nissan way sales process
- Manage properly all booked units through one to one meeting to ensure efficiency in closing the sales.
- Participate in setting the forecasting & vehicle ordering quantities to enhance the sales flow.
- Assist the Branch Sales Manager in maintaining the day to day operation as per principle company guidelines.
- Assist Branch Sales Manager in implementing all new projects and support to meet the deadline.
- Prepare all sales reports as per business and management needs.
- Coordinate with sales department employees on business changes such as targets, promotions, annual leaves, etc.
- Ensure high conversion ratio of walk-in’s to sales by second facing the customer and closely monitoring the
- sales executive’s actions in convincing the customers to close the deals.
- Ensure sales executives contact all leads from CRM, social media, and from prospecting activities & convert
- them to walk-in’s then to actual buyers.
- Take brand ownership and build the strategies to align with the company’s vision around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics.
- Translate branding strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market campaigns.
- Responsible for achieving sales targets of the brand.
- Implement the sales strategies for business development and increase customer retention rate maximizing customer satisfaction levels.
- Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates.
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues, analyze the potential area for improvements and recommend proper actions.
- Devise, measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), competitors pricing survey feedback in conjunction with marketing team.
- Closely observe daily sales performance trend, sales operation process & procedures in order to overcome work barriers leading to performance enhancement and profitability.
- Propose & plan annual budgets for the sales & marketing
- Ensure customer feedback is collected at various levels in a systematic manner and is given back with speed and accuracy to sales operations and marketing campaigns etc.
- Recommend incentive schemes and ensure implementation of the selected schemes across the network to maintain associates’ commitment in delivering results.
- Work directly and closely in cross functional teams with all related departments to maximize efficiency of implementing action plans & strategies.
- Mentor the managers and coordinate with L&D regarding training needs to improve skills & development of the sales team.
- Direct sales team, conduct performance evaluations and motivate them to achieve the targets.
- Sustain a dynamic and motivational work environment by developing people and their skills to match the business requirements.
