- To monitor all accommodations of the whole company.
- Ensures that the company policies pertaining to housing are strictly implemented.
- Ensures that the housing for the newly hired employees are properly coordinated with HR Department.
- Follow up maintenance work.
- Visits the accommodations from time to time to ensure that the cleanliness or residents and lightnings, electrical appliances are working properly.
- Updates list of staffs that live in the accommodation.
- Prepares report pertaining to the accommodation requirements including if their received the furniture.
- Liaise and coordinate with HR regarding accommodation and related aspects of on-boarding new employees and transitioning existing/terminating employees.
- Good with MS Office – Emails | Excel reports.
- Excellent Bilingual skills.
- Good interpersonal skills, guest & employee oriented and service minded.
- Good listening skills and ability to anticipate.
