Position: IT Knowledge Specialist

Experience: Minimum 2 years in the IT industry

Skills Required:

• Strong communication skills (fluent in English & Arabic)
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Training and support experience
• Proficiency in IT systems and troubleshooting
• Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly
• Customer-oriented approach

Job Description:

• We are seeking a qualified IT Knowledge Specialist to join our team.
•  The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the IT industry with a strong background in training, support, and effective communication skills. Fluency in English and Arabic is essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions for users on IT systems and tools
• Provide technical support to end-users, resolving issues promptly
• Create documentation and user guides for IT applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance IT services
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand and address their needs
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in IT knowledge management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support and training roles.
