- 1. To lead and manage a team of professional Design Engineers.
- 2. To develop designs from project specifications.
- 3. To allocate, prioritise and check work of a team of Design Engineers.
- 4. To check and evaluate design and material specifications for tender.
- 5. To prepare and check material data sheets and material take off reports.
- 6. To document, record and report on meetings, progress of jobs and construction completions from design & validation reports from Project Engineers.
- 7. To incorporate feed back from projects and customers for design clarification and modifications during the development and construction project phases.
- Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments such as spectrophotometers, chromatographs, and pH meters.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on laboratory equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot instrument malfunctions and perform necessary repairs.
- Ensure that all instruments are properly calibrated and meet quality control standards.
- Collaborate with scientists and researchers to identify instrument needs and recommend upgrades or replacements.
- The Senior Accountant is responsible for managing all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- They will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records and reports, as well as providing financial analysis and support to the management team.

SAFETY AND QUALITY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain standards of safety and comply with Company’s Health, Safety and Environment Management System requirements.
- Take reasonable care of own health and safety and that of others in the workplace.
- Follow and maintain Company standards of Quality in accordance with Company Quality System requirements.
- 1. To monitor and assign work to Site Engineers in accordance with Company’s policies and procedures and limits of authority.
- 2. To monitor and control expenses related to project work and ensure organisational forecasts and budgets are met for these expenses.
- 3. To handle procurement activities relating to contracts and sub contracts in accordance with Company Procedures and
- Procurement department activities.
- 4. To undertake team briefings and inception activities to ensure all aspects of work are understood by all concerned parties.
- 5. To ensure safety standards and procedures are implemented and followed in accordance with contract requirements and Company guidelines.
- 6. To undertake QC reporting interaction with other departments of Company and clients to assure production schedules and deliveries are met.
- 7. To be responsible and report on the scheduling of man/material movements for all aspects of construction and or maintenance activity.
- 8. To act as a liaison with contractors and clients managing any work interfaces and enhancements to project scope.
- 9. To review and evaluate technical submittals and shop drawings prior to submission to consultants and clients according to required project standards.
- 10. To assist the Project Manager / Senior Project Engineer in preparation of Sub Contract agreements and to recruit people for his area of discipline.

JOB OBJECTIVES
- 1. To produce accurate workshop drawings, section & detail drawings, and floor plans.
- 2. To maintain the currency of drawings in accordance with specific directions.
- 3. To help maintain an efficient & effective drawing service to internal customers and the external client and associates.
