- Responsible for Planning organizing and controlling the service and maintenance related operations to achieve departmental objectives with increasing the efficiency of service operation.
- Assist in preparation of short-term and long-term business plans and budgets based on broad corporate goals and growth objectives.
- Build very strong relationship network with strategic partners
- Review, evaluate and approve Business enhancement opportunities.
- Identify new business opportunity within Kuwait.
- Responsible for developing and improving all operational KPI’s.
- Ensure suitable marketing and sales coverage for the portfolio of products, contributing to the achievement of profitable volume objectives.
- Manage the successful implementation of the Fleet marketing plan.
- Achieve company wide, and specifically the Fleet Departments’ buy-in to the plan, monitor its implementation, ensuring that the key milestones are observed and adhered to.
- Ensure that all departments work closely together, communicate and strive for total customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that product standards are implemented in each department and that all employees understand the product philosophy with the view to develop and elevate the Brand.
- Manage showroom activities to deliver the highest levels of service.
- Assess all staff and implementing a training programs where and when applicable.
- Performing any other tasks as assigned by his/her direct Manager

- Set goals for the : Body Shop in cooperation with the management.
- Revise daily, monthly and yearly body shop business sales reports.
- Review and manage efficiency of routine operations by body shop teams to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Review pitfalls and arrange for remedial actions.
- Motivate and reward Body shop employees for competent and resourceful performance.
- Evaluate performance and notify intolerance for substandard actions.
- Manage the hiring, training, developing, mentoring and monitoring performance of department employees to enhance profitability.
- Monitor overall subordinate performance and take necessary disciplinary action when deviations occur.
- Develop and create necessary opportunities for body shop support staff to enhance and improve their skills.
- Handle subordinate meetings to review and improve current standards and set future plan of action and sales management.
- Accountable for qualitative and quantitative operations of body shop.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by direct Manager.
- Handle Customer’s needs as and when required.
- Ensure daily clean-up of all body shop areas.
- Sound Technical and Diagnostic Skills.
- Excellent communication Skills (both written & spoken)
