- AMSARCO, Kuwait’s leading distributor of industrial, construction, and agricultural equipment, is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and promoting our diverse product range.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territory
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our equipment
- Provide expert advice on product selection to meet customer needs
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product innovations
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote AMSARCO products
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the equipment or machinery industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territory
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of industrial, construction, or agricultural equipment
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Experience in the Kuwaiti market
