Job Summary:
The Fresh Food Sales Specialist is responsible for promoting and marketing fresh food products to customers in cooperatives and central markets. Their primary responsibility is to increase sales and achieve specified sales targets while providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:

• Market and promote fresh food products to customers in cooperatives and central markets.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through the development of effective sales strategies.
• Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions using fresh food products.
• Expand the customer network by seeking new opportunities and maintaining communication with potential customers.
• Manage existing customer relationships and provide support to meet their requirements.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, analyze trends, and recommend improvements.
• Monitor inventory and ensure the availability of products according to customer requests.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in fresh food sales, with a strong understanding of cooperatives and central market operations.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive customer relationships.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to persuade customers and close deals.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve specified goals.
• Analytical skills and knowledge of marketing techniques.
