Job description: Job Summary 

Senior Underwriting Officer, play a pivotal role in the underwriting process, assessing risk, and determining appropriate coverage for clients. This position requires a deep understanding of UW principles, policies, and regulations, as well as excellent analytical and decision-making skills.

 Job Responsibilities 

  • Support the Supervisor’s In-charge in all system transactions reports / activities
  • Creating and maintaining different stock related reports from drivers
  • Creating shipment in system
  • Receiving and printing of Goods receipt vouchers
  • Preparing daily GTRC delivery schedule
  • Preparing daily non acceptance report
  • Preparing daily monitoring report
  • Scanning daily GTRC invoice
  • Preparing daily drivers feedback
  • Handling of Customer picking and printing of Driver’s job
  • Support the Supervisors in follow up with customer for pending documents
  • Preparing month end report

Key Responsibilities :

  • Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Provide first level technical support for existing application issues
  • Participate in IT projects from initiation to completion, including planning, execution, and post-implementation review and support.
  • Provide training to end-users on new systems, software, and best practices.
  • Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure that Applications and services meet organizational needs and timely response to issue resolution.
  • Regular Communication with business and align with theier needs and requirments.
  • Ability to Collaborate with various departments to gather and document business and technical requirements for new projects.

Receiving Customer:-

• Receive and greet customers, understand their vehicle concerns and advice the service and repair needs, carry out as much visual inspection as possible to advice work required on the vehicle, use manufacturer’s recommendations to advice additional work, agree the work scope and obtain cost and time agreement. use available menu pricing for routine jobs, validate customer details and update Kerridge. offer the alternate transport as appropriate 

2. Preparing Repair Order and Assign job:-

• Write the instructions for technician using RTS for the routine jobs and exact description of symptoms for other concerns describe by customers. Assign the jobs to technicians using Kerridge workshop loading module. Follow up the work progress with respectively team leaders 

3. Customer Contact:-

• Keep regular contact with customers to keep them abreast of the progress on their vehicles, At least once a day phone contact with every customer is necessary. The contact should be made using Kerridge CRM and updating the contacts record
