  • Review the financial documents, ensure that they are approved as per the Delegation of Authority Matrix, prepare the accounting entries, and post them on the accounting software as per the approved chart of accounts.
  • Review and issue engagement invoices to the clients.
  • Review the monthly accounts receivable reports and follow up on collections with the Collection Officer on a weekly basis.
  • Review the monthly accounts payable reports and follow up payments thereof as per the approved settlement regulations.
  • Prepare cheques, bank transfers, and bank guarantees.
  • Prepare monthly reconciliations of bank accounts and depreciation of fixed assets.
  • Prepare unaudited financial statements and
  • Perform any other tasks that may be assigned to them.

Second: Specialist Skills

  • Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to effectively work in a cross-functional team environment including business and product development, supply chain and procurement processes, and execution dependencies.
  • Analytical thinking in investigating the sequence of manual project operations
  • Programming the project operations to convert the same from manual to automated system using the modules and its requirements
  • Testing the programming and validating its completeness and intended purpose
  • Prepare the annual promotion plan for the Department services.
  • Develop the creative copywriting of webpages.
  • Prepare the technical and financial proposals submitted to clients.
  • Prepare the engagement letters concluded with the clients.
  • Implement the client engagements.
  • Prepare the monthly reports on the Department’s activity; and
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned to them

Experience

  • 3-5 years in the job function of data visualization

Job Duties

  • Assisting in the annual marketing plan
  • Preparation of proposals and engagement letters
  • Implementing engagement letters of investment and economic services, such as for example but not limited to, feasibility studies and business valuations
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned to them
  • Having acquaintance with Baker Tilly’s services
  • Receiving requests for proposals from clients and following up until submission
  • Participating in the indoor promotion of Baker Tilly’s services to their market segments as per the annual services promotional plan
  • Participating in preparing the annual promotional plan
  • Obtaining market direction of clients’ needs
  • Performing any other tasks as assigned to them

Mandatory Requirements

  • Transferable residency.
  • Age between 25 – 35 years old
  • Non-smoker.
  • The required experience should be in the State of Kuwait
  • Assist in preparing the annual promotion plan for the Department services
  • Assist in creating the content of webpages for the department services
  • Assist in managing the audit and assurance services portfolio
  • Prepare technical and financial proposals submitted to the clients
  • Prepare the engagement letters concluded with the clients
  • Prepare the planning phase for the engagement implementation
  • Implement the client engagements
  • Review the draft financial statements based on the completion of fieldwork phase
  • Assist in preparing the weekly work plan
  • Assist in conducting orientation and training (on-job training) for the Department staff members
  • Prepare reports on running engagements and other objectives of the Department
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the direct manager.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare the annual promotion plan for the Department services.
  • Develop the creative copywriting of webpages related to IT consulting services.
  • Prepare the technical and financial proposals submitted to clients.
  • Prepare the engagement letters concluded with the clients.
  • Implement client engagements.
  • Prepare the monthly reports on the Department’s activity; and
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned to them.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail related to the business.
  • Perform formatting for the deliverables including official letters, proposals, engagement letters or engagement deliverables, and get the same signed by the authorized signatories.
  • Assist in handling phone calls transferred to the employees of Professional and Consulting Services Division.
  • Manage the process of sending the deliverables to clients in coordination with Administration Department – Receptionist.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the direct manager.

Job Duties

  • Manage the Company’s database of internal and external professional and consulting human resources, inside Kuwait and abroad.
  • Follow up with preparing proposals and engagement letters.
  • Follow up with engagement implementation deadlines.
  • Prepare detailed timeframes for each engagement in coordination with the concerned line manager.
  • Follow up with issuing invoices on due dates.
  • Follow up with daily, weekly, and monthly objectives in coordination with the concerned line manager.
  • Follow up with weekly and monthly reports of current engagements.
  • Review closed engagement files before sending to the main store.
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned to them.
  • Assist in preparing technical and financial proposals;
  • Assist in preparing engagement letters;
  • Assist in implementing engagements (as per the approved Processes, Policies and Procedures Manual);
  • Assist in preparing the reports relating to the Management’s current engagements and other objectives.
  • Work as acting Consultant if the Consultant is absent for any reasons; and
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned to them.
