- Assembling complex components per assembly drawings / bill of material.
- Performing functional testing on assemblies.
- Testing assemblies per customer and/or division criteria.
- Operating test equipment in compliance with engineering standards.
- Applying settings, calibrates and maintains assembly tools.
- Performing torqueing of various components.
- Supervising crew and equipment at the wellsite and at the shop to provide specific logging and completion services.
- Providing a record of all assemblies as run to the Customer Representative at the well site.
- Advising Customer Representative in the logging and completions operations; interpreting logging data, troubleshooting, and other wellsite analysis and decision-making processes.

- Maintaining records and communications as required by the district manager.
- Assisting with the training of assigned personnel in incompletions operations and maintenance.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (all fields), Engineering Technology, Mathematics, Chemistry, Geosciences, or similar, within the last 36 months.
- Have achieved a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 on a scale of 4.0 (or equivalent)
- Be fluent in written and spoken English, with excellent communication skills
- Be legally entitled to work within the country in which you are applying without company sponsorship or time restriction.
- Have good interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for teamwork and the ability to guide others.
- Demonstrate good leadership, critical thinking, and numerical skills as well as data analysis and project management abilities.
- Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or Diploma for a certified college.
- Have at least 9 years’ experience in wellhead and Xmas tree installation & 9 years of experience in Offshore Services providing innovative, adaptive technical solutions and support to customers in Oil & Gas industry
- Have minimum of 5 years of experience in Oil and Gas Industry
- Have the ability to inspect equipment prior to it going offshore & Work closely with workshop teams to meet loadout deadlines
- Have the ability to understand Technical drawings & Use of company e-tools to retrieve technical documents when required
- Have experience in Installing and maintaining Surface Wellheads and X/Tree’s (Offshore): HPHT (High Pressure High Temperature); Metal to Metal, Quick Lock Connectors
- Have experience in Replacing Valve Seats & Gates (On location) , Carry out Wellhead Upgrades as per engineering Project Related Procedures (PRPs) / Field Service Manual (FSM) Able to fault diagnose
- Have experience to perform field repair of valve actuator(s)
- Have experience to Use Hydraulic tools – pumps , running tools , bolting tools etc
- Have ability to work effectively with minimum supervision Train & lead New hires & self Competency focused
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have 5 years of experience in ESP
- Have a Technical related Degree (Diploma or higher)
- Have experience in installing, operating and maintaining of Y-tool and VSD system
- Have experience in performing downhole and troubleshooting of ESP System in the field
- Have to be flexible to work on rotational basis.
- Have an industry experience and product line training required in ESP.
- Have experience performing downhole and troubleshooting of ESP System in the field.
- Conducting laboratory tests on cement and related materials to determine physical and chemical prop
- Analyzing test results and prepare detailed reports for engineering review
- Ensuring Compliance with HSE regulations
- Maintaining and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate testing, Assist in the development and optimization of cement formulations for various well conditions.
- Collaborating with field personnel to troubleshoot cementing issues and provide technical support.
- Documenting all procedures and results in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Participating in training and development programs to stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
