To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• Have Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Digital Oil Field projects
• Proven the ability to influence others and work within multi-disciplinary teams.
• Have understanding of the technical challenges associated with software deployment and digital solutions more broadly.
• Have passion to solve complex customer challenges.
• Have desire to be a thought leader and be excited to champion internally and externally.
• Have strong sales process understanding and management (pipeline and territory management, customer prioritization and engagement, etc.)
• Have the ability to show and deliver value to the customer.
• Have the ability to influence others and work within multidisciplinary teams.
• Have strong oral and written communication skills.
