One of the leading Delivery Company in Kuwait urgently hiring following positions;

Hiring in Kuwait (Local hiring only)

SALARY: 250-300 KD

Ensuring the smooth operation of the fleet & addressing urgent issues on the road. Reporting to the Fleet Supervisor, you will be responsible for receiving calls from drivers, coordinating with the maintenance team and third-party service providers, and monitoring the fleet management system in real-time. Your focus is on resolving issues promptly and maintaining effective communication with drivers to address idle vehicle concerns and other urgent matters.

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Excellent communication skills, especially in handling emergency situations

• Capacity to make quick and effective decisions

• Familiarity with fleet management system,GPS tracking, and call center software

• Ability to adapt to dynamic and challenging situations

SALARY: 300-350 KD

The fleet team leader, reporting directly to the Fleet Supervisor, plays a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating the day to day operations of a team of drivers engaged in food delivery services of Americana. The team leader is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, monitoring driver shifts, managing maintenance schedules, supervising accommodation, and collaborating with various teams to ensures seamless fleet management.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or related field is a plus.

• Proven experience in fleet management or supervisory role.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

SALARY: 350-450 KD

Managing the overall fleet operations. Reporting to higher management, you will be responsible for overseeing team performance, revenue generation, productivity enhancement, and ensuring seamless coordination with various departments. Your role involves monitoring the higher process, maintaining a high utilization rate, controlling maintenance expenses, fostering customer relationships, and promoting a positive team environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or related field.

• Proven experience in fleet management or a supervisory role.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Will play a pivotal role in overseeing the entire fleet operations. Reporting to Director of Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient utilization of vehicles, managing driver safety, optimizing routes, and implementing cost-effective measures. Your strategic leadership will contribute to the overall success of the fleet department by fostering a culture of excellence, safety and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or related field.

• Proven experience in fleet management or a supervisory role.

• Strong knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision –making skills.

• Proficiency in fleet management software and technology tools.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

SALARY : 350-400 KD

The HR Admin is responsible for managing all governmental documents and online submissions, supervising the representatives, managing their daily tasks and schedules, and properly distributing the work and visits. This role ensures compliance with all governmental regulations and optimizes the productivity and efficiency of the administrative team.

• Governmental Documents Management:

• Prepare, submit, and maintain all required governmental documents accurately and timely.

• Stay informed about changes in governmental regulations and ensures company compliance.

• Handle all paperwork related to employee work permits, visas, and other legal documentation.

ii. Online Submissions:

• Manage all online submissions to governmental bodies.

• Ensure timely and accurate filing of documents through relevant online portals.

• Maintain detailed records of all online submissions for audit and compliance purposes.

iii. Supervision of Representatives:

• Oversee a team of representatives responsible for various administrative tasks.

• Develop and implement daily work schedules for representatives.

• Monitor performance, providing training and support as necessary.

iv. Task and Schedule Management:

• Assign and distribute daily tasks and responsibilities to representatives.

• Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and within set deadlines.

• Coordinate and plan visits to governmental offices or other necessary locations.

v. Work Distribution and Visit Coordination:

• Organize and manage representatives” visits to external offices, ensuring productive and compliant visits.

• Distribute work evenly among representatives to balance workloads.

• Provide guidance and support during visits, documenting any issues or follow-ups required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of governmental regulations and compliance requirements.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Strong supervisory and leadership abilities.

• Proficient in using online submission portals and office software.

• Strong knowledge of Kuwait governmental processes and documents.

• Good proficiency in reading and writing Arabic.

Working Conditions:

• Office environment with occasional visits to governmental offices or other external locations.
