Make lists of potential clients and conduct surveys to identify customers actively seeking a hotel and develop sales leads

Contact customers via calls or arranged meetings to discover their needs and requirements and to negotiate future business opportunities

Provide customers with a list of available services and their prices and offer discounts when necessary

Assist clients in selecting the most appropriate service that best meet their specifications and needs

Oversee the booking and reservation of space in a hotel to ensure availability and proper arrangement

Prepare and present sales proposal to potential clients, highlighting the best features and qualities of the hotel

Checking customer satisfaction and resolve any misunderstandings within the hotel premises to ensure repetitive business

Maintain contact with clients to obtain feedback and to discuss opportunities for future business deals

Provide feedback on changing marketing conditions, including trends in the competition, as a result of direct sales solicitation, telephone and / or direct mail

Performs other duties, as assigned, to meet business needs.

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Hospitality or Business preferred;

Minimum 2 – 3 years marketing experience in hotel or hospitality-related business;

Qualifications in Social Media and Digital Marketing preferred;

Demonstrates experience of developing detailed marketing plans and campaigns including project management skills, briefing, planning and execution;

Proven track record in brand alignment, creative campaigns and social engagement;

In-depth understanding of digital marketing and performance metrics;

Demonstrates a working knowledge of digital marketing techniques, including social media, application of social media channels, use of customer communication channels including email and website management;

Adaptability and ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects;

Demonstrates an eye for detail and experience of delivering high quality and professional marketing creative and written content;

Gains the confidence and trust of others through their own authenticity, ethical standards and follow-through on commitments;

Strong organisation and planning skills;

Acts independently to improve and increase skills and knowledge;

Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English;

· Minimum diploma in Accounting or Business Management

· 3 to 5 years’ experience in a cost control role, preferably from hospitality or F&B industry

· Good knowledge of recipe costing and cost analysis

· Proficient in the usage of inventory systems and Microsoft office applications

· Strong Team Player with ability to work independently

· Strong analytical skills with attention to details

· Ability to work under pressure in a fast pace environment
