1- Business Development Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise the activities of Business Development Department.
- Develop an annual online promotion plan for the services.
- Develop an annual client interviewing plan.
- Develop an annual event plan.
- Prepare periodic internal reports; and
- Perform any other tasks that may be assigned to them by the direct manager.
Knowledge:
- Business sectors and industries in the State of Kuwait
- Digitization applications in business development, marketing and sales
- Artificial intelligence uses in business development, marketing and sales
- Digital marketing channels, e.g., viral email and professional social media networks
Technical Skills
- Ability to understand and grasp the field of professional and consulting services
- Ability to clearly and accurately communicate the information to the clients

2- Executive Secretary
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail related to the business.
- Perform formatting for the deliverables including official letters, proposals, engagement letters or engagement deliverables, and get the same signed by the authorized signatories.
- Assist in handling phone calls transferred to the employees of Professional and Consulting Services Division.
- Manage the process of sending the deliverables to clients in coordination with Administration Department – Receptionist.
- Perform any other tasks that may be assigned to them by the direct manager.
Knowledge:
- Rules of presentation and delivery of letters, internal memos and final reports
Technical Skills:
- Ability to understand and grasp the field of professional and consulting services
- Ability to understand and grasp the requirements of Baker Tilly International’s branding
Mandatory Requirements:
- Transferable residency.
- The required experience should be in the State of Kuwait

مسؤوليات الوظيفة:
- إدارة البريد الوارد والصادر المتعلق بالعمل.
