Food and Beverage Operation Manager with Extensive Sales Experience

We are looking for a Food and Beverage Operation Manager who will oversee the operations of our central kitchen and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, particularly in healthy food, with a proven track record in sales and operations management.

• Lead and manage the central kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and high standards of food quality and safety.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline kitchen processes.
• Drive sales strategies to achieve company targets in the healthy food sector.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to innovate and enhance menu offerings.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for the kitchen operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Bachelor’s degree in Food and Beverage Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

– Minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage operations.
