Minimum 1 year experience as Call Center Supervisor in Kuwait.
Knowledge of performance evaluation procedures.
Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
A results-oriented approach.
Support his team to achieve targets.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Experience in dealing with customers and Staff’s.
Computer skills, Microsoft Windows and MS Office.
Proven experience as call center supervisor or similar supervisory position
Bachelor’s degree is a must
Very good in English.
